Truly terrible service, I urge anyone reading this not to support this branch.
Ordered my food at 7pm online, received a call 10 mins later to confirm an item on my order and was told my food is on its way to me.
Phone back at 7:50pm to find out where my order is only to be abruptly told the driver will phone me and the call put down on me. I try calling back to no answer, I try a few more times and call fails.
I phone the call centre they get back to me saying the restaurant is closed but they will log a complaint for me.
Get a call at 9:05pm from the driver asking me to meet him outside because he can’t find my address , after me telling him the address I get a call 10 mins later saying he can’t find the building and I need to come outside. Go down to collect my order, I inspect the order which is completely cold at this point and missing the drink. I tell the driver this to which he responded with I need to call the store and tell them. I explain that I can’t because the store is closed , which he then replies with he can’t do anything he’s doing the store a favour and he has other customers who paid for their order and are waiting. I reply by saying I’ve also paid for my order and I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours for it and now I haven’t received what I order and I’m just expected to accept it, to which he responds with he doesn’t know what to tell me he only gets paid to deliver.
This is a highly frustrating experience and I hope management or the owner takes note of this and fixes this situation.
