First time at this hotel, I travel alot so hotels are a norm. It's a small quaint hotel. Service is ok. The beds could be better, the restaurant could be improved. 2nd Floor button lift broken. Boutique hotel? I don't think so. In a Boutique hotel the service is above and beyond. Would I stay again as I'm in Durban 5 times a year, nope, its Riverside hotel for me!

Quite excellent small hotel. I’d definitely stay there again. Enough parking and the rooms are quite spacious. Quite neighborhood too. Very professional staff too

Always a win,rooms are so elegant and beautiful. Absolutely comfortable and relaxing. Definitely a 10/10 for me.

Very beautiful hotel. The service is excellent. Has lots of space. Very neat and friendly staff. The place is close to the central. Very quiet neighborhood.
Their tv channels need improvement but other than that we had an awesome stay.

This is an awesome establishment and staff (all of them) are fantastic. I truly recommand, good location not too dangerous and bit out of downtown but 45 min walk or few ZAR taxi…

The place is neat and excellent, the service and the breakfast is awesome.

The rooms is beautiful and in good conditions.

Spend 4 nights and it feels like a heaven.

The view is perfect
