McDonald's Berea Drive-Thru

Ordered on Uber eats twice , once the fries came burnt with the wrong drink, second time I ordered a medium fries and this is what they sent me, I also ordered a chilli cheese fries from the drive thru and there was an insect in it, I tried to email head office but they useless, I’ve been buying since they opened few years back and it’s always some issue.

It's a busy fast food outlet, The drive tru has most people coming in around 7am- 8:30am.

From 16:30 to 19:30 you are most likely to find a long queue, however the service is quick and the line goes fast almost every time. A little patience is needed but the wait is worth it.

Absolutely love going to this McDonald's, the food came to us very quickly, the only thing is the Air Conditioning is always extra cold. But overall always have a great experience when I am there.

Revolting chips, absolutely disgusting. I can only imagine that this oil has not been changed for a minimum of 2 weeks.

I will be lodging a complaint because this is not hygienic. This manager needs a serious wake up call, they are always sold out of chips or dont update their uber eats menu.

This will be the last time I support this sad excuse of a McDonalds.

Wish I could rate this place 0 . 1 star is too much for them. After paying and placing my order on the McDelivery app I waited 2 hours and then I had to call them for them to find out about my order. It was never delivered and all they said is they can repay me and I must order through uber eats . Bad service delivery

Was so thankful to realise this place was available to serve us after 10pm..son had to visit the trauma at Entabeni hospital and once done we were much in need of food..the queue was long as on the drive thru was available but that was of no consequence ..the food was fresh and tasty..service was great..thank you so much..

As I've come to expect with McDonald's the service was fast, friendly and efficient. It looked like the drive through was getting slammed but it didn't affect my dinning experience. Kudos to you ????
