Most pathetic service ever, waffle served like scraps given to throw away, cappuccino served like ice coffee even after requesting to be made extra hot, after even complaining the attitude of the owner, staff or whoever it was was, at least the waitress who served us which I never got her name, she had the decency to come and apologize even though she was not at fault. Kitchen staff needs to catch a wake up. What a sad waffle.

Honestly the most pathetic service ive ever received. Manager is extremely incompetent. Received a mexican savoury waffle with a piece of meat on it. Manager walked out and was forcing us to take the same order even though we hadnt eaten it and werent comfortable. While we are trying to explain the issue she walked away and we asked whats going on cause we are still talking. Requested a mushroom savoury waffle which we got but it WASNT COOKED. To make matters worse, i still got charged for the mexican savoury waffle.

I love my Choca Mocha but what I was served today was vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate sauce topped with flake crumbs, #Dissappointed

I normally enjoy the nutty dip sugar cone but today it was an absolute mess ,just dripped n messed ,the entire ice cream melted

Found the icecream nice u0026 reasonably priced. A good place to stop while exploring uShaka.
