One of the best I know for selling good and nice food. I so wish they were situated in a much easier accessible place. First time I had Pedros meat, it was bought here. So far it one of the best in Durban. It just that it gets very busy especially between 10:00 to 13:00 because it where many companies around d the area put their order, but the wait is always worth it. If they can just get a much bigger space with enough parking lot, ot would be really nice.

Great service with great prices on chicken. This one is much better than the one in Phoenix. I have been many times and the consistency is the the best with fresh chicken and adequate sauce even the chips portions full the bag over.

Food is terrible 2 weeks in a row chicken was white and like boiled, yesterday took my meal back as the 8 piece chicken was all broken apart and after paying for extra sauce the chicken was dry. I requested for well done and when I checked it in store asked the manager to do it more well done. When I opened it up it was still white, had to go back to the store to return it. The manager did redo my meal but it was a 5 out of 10 nothing fantastic. 2 bad experiences already will never have it again

One of the cashiers need to learn maths and give people the correct change. People in the work place need to behave as though they've actually been trained. Manager deserves an award- she knows her job.

I called the Bluff store at 18h20 today I placed my order a Maxi meal. I was told that the order would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at the store at 19h10. My wife went in to pay and collect our food, my wife was told that the order will be ready in 1 minute,my wife told me so I went in the store. At 19h25 I enquired that I wanted to speak to the supervisor on duty only to be told she was not there eventually the order was available at 19h30. I want the owner to call me personally as to discuss a rather delicate matter. Dissatisfied customer

Over all the chicken was great, BUT the music in the shop is a Lil load, the staff can't even hear each other well. And where am I gonna wash my hands before I eat. ????

Went there on the 18/09/22 at 16.30. Staff were rude and impolite and mocked my requests for the food to be well done. I suggest firing them and allow poverty to teach them work ethic.
