I do not advice anyone to order from here. Their pricing is not worth it. The quarter chicken I ordered was absolutely dry, the salad was more of lettuce. I could literally count how many strips was in my salad. I will never order from this place again. Not worth my money. Paying R60 for a salad only to see its mostly lettuce and a chicken that is not even a good portion.

Well I recieved exceptional service from this Pedros yesterday. Me and my sister planned to do a surprise birthday lunch for our brother and by the time we booked the table only to find that he was far away like 1hour and half it took him to arrive. They had all rights to put us our with our deco but Lerato and the manager were kind enough to be linient to us till he arrived. I really appreciate their understanding that they went out of their way and I really apologize for any inconvenience we cause. Thanks to the other lady that was serving us. We just recieved best service from Pedros at Smith street and that Pedros has unique delicious meals.

Bad customer service in comparison to all the other Pedros I've used (Pine street, Pinecrest, Umngeni Road, Woodburn, Raisthorpe u0026 South Beach)

I waited way longer than estimated time (19:27) given on their online u0026 sms response, u0026 i was told that l just ordered which l can accept, but then 7 orders processed after mines were dispatched first. (I was O/N 360 but waited till O/N 368 was called u0026 got my order just before 20:00)

So I felt that online orders are ignored (in Smith Street) u0026 only processed when you get to there, therefore no more Smith Street for me........

This restaurant sold me a rotten salad on the 11th July, and ther service was terrible, i had to ask for refund to have my order done and it was rotten at the end. Dangerous restaurant this. The manager did send me a fresh salad later, thanks on that but still improvements are needed.
