I really love the new revamp done to the store, however the attitude the staff has unfortunately has had no revamp whatsoever ????, they were busy discussing their own business whilst we were waiting for our order. This has to be a people problem because I haven't been to this KFC in years.

I was so disappointed by the customer service I received at the entrance the lady who was sanitizing us sprayed sanitizer in my sister's eyes and because she was busy talking to her mate she payed no attention even when I asked her whether she was aware of her doings. The ratings I did give are for the lady at the till. She was good to us and it was clean

Such appalling service from the cashiers at this place. Bought a family feast for about R177, it was missing the small pops whom the cashier said they're no longer available on the menu and mini burgers and filled with 6 rolls instead of 4. And below the the reason for the rolls, they're all rotten. The cashier did not give me back my receipt and she's the one that had packed for me also! All this pathetic service and rotten food was because I disturbed their gossip and asked for assistance after being blattantly ignored.

The tables were all durty. I had to clean one myself b4 seating because there was no ckeaner there up stairs

There is only 1 cashier out of the 4 tills working- every single time. but the workers are walking in and out of the shop. The line is slow not because lack of staff but because of poor staff allocation
