Since there's only one MacD in CBD, we're stuck with this one hence some days are good, some are terrible and for me the terrible days have been due to staff attitude. I will still go there again though

Placed an order with Mr D's from this mcdonald's and received sour, off milkshakes. Tried calling multiple times and no answer.

This place is north Beach Durban, lt is a cool place for relaxation after days hustle.

The service was great and quite prompt however for the restaurant in West Street I feel it should have been spacious and hand basins are a necessity when having finger lunch, which is something they do not have there. Do we really need to clean our own tables when we leave it its an afro thing. I didn't like the buzzing insects at the catch-up dispenser ????

One of the busiest McDonald’s restaurants ever. The food is good no complains, the place is in good shape although it’s mostly crowded. The staff is very friendly and you don’t have to wait long for your food at all. One thing about McDonald’s they have well trained staff and their restaurants are in good conditions

this is very disappointing,after waiting over an hour for the food,then to receive it all damaged,the coldrink tray was broken,the coldrink was half cups and flat I had to throw it away,the burgers are disgusting and cold,the chips are burnt,and incorrect dips sent,this is pathetic service delivery.
