I went to the store today for the pap and quarter chicken meal. Added a salad and a cool drink and I dined in, and place the same order for take away excluding a salad and a drink. Ordered chicken breast mild for both but the cashier was impatient (I understand that they working under a lot of pressure), I am not happy with the take away order, it quarter leg instead of breast and it's hot instead of mild. Can't even eat it because it's too hot for me. I won't mention his name but I'm very disappointed because I know Pedros spent disappoint

Hi everyone, I walked in today in Pedro's franchise located in pine Street, ordered full chicken (hot specifically) and a side green salad for R25.90. I noticed when I got home that they did not add the side green salad that I have paid for and the chicken was mild instead of hot. I am fumming with anger as I type this compliant.
The waitress that assisted me is Ramona Mpendeh. Hopefully this compliant is seen by authorities and something is done

I love your service now! You guys have improved ???? new management he knows what's doing thank you ????keep it up. ???? place is always busy and u will never find dirty plates on the table like Pedro's Smith Street.

They could get more glasses for the restaurant. Had to wait for glasses to be free. Otherwise, the chicken was really good and the staff were patient with us????????

Food is great.
Staff not wearing mask but preparing our food ,,,cashiers need to learn Customer service and stop being rude,I was even shocked as a customer that I'm the one who is suppose to ask if you guys got coldrinks,Keep reminding your cashiers that they are the face of the business and that they need to upsell and stop bad attitude.

I really miss this place. Their pizzas are delicious and it's way more better and cheaper than debonairs. I prefer the online order and delivery system.

The service was bad. The cashier Howard had a super bad attitude.
The didn't get my order right and his very arrogant.
The food was amazing.
