This Shoprite, customer service is not there at all. You find the express tillls, most of them are closed, only one till open on a peak hour. You find management standing infront just standing. Customer service need improvement, from management to staff as whole.

It accommodate too many people and it at the middle of the town where people get easy to make shoping!

Long queues, no parking. They need to service their trolleys. Yes, some cashiers there have an attitude.

Store hav everthing you need even thou it is has traffic inside lots off people store is small

If you on the rush its not really a good store to suggest cos the staff is really to slow and the queu is always long
