Very convenient. Pity about the stores around pick n pay that were damaged in the rioting...

But the centre is being redeveloped and should be lovely after.

The store is neat and tidy, staff are excellent. They also ha e loads of great specials.

The level of service one receives from the employees is under standard. Long lines with only about 3 cashiers working at the till. Even at the Kiosk ( 3 or less items) you'd still find a line.

The other time before the mobile toilets were delivered at the center one of the employees said to her colleague that they should lock their toilet, not aware that I could hear them.

Then it's the staff at the prepared food ????u200d♀️????u200d♀️ you'd get there and wait looking to get someone to assist you, sometimes while assisting you they would be talking to someone else and then you wait for them to finish. No respect whatsoever for customers.

The store itself was up to standard. The parking outside and security though was questionable. We understand the current construction but extra security should be provided, shoppers dont know who the construction workers are and if thieves are walking around as well. Felt really unsafe.

Fresh and pleasing to both sight and taste buds Pick n Pay bakery treats????. Studio88; Adidas shop and other clothing shops had unbelievable discounts. Looking forward to a five star shopping experience.

Pathetic service. Two cashiers and no packers on a Friday afternoon. I spent 30 minutes in the queue. Staff can't be bothered when you complain and management standing around chatting. Worst Pick n pay I've ever been to.

Very narrow entrance, the store is reasonably spacious but the store setup makes it feel small.

Pleasure to shop, not crowded and most items available. Probably because many people are not aware the store os open. The reason I'm not scoring a 5 is you have to sanitize your own trolleys and self service sanitisation of hands, if you want to. Other than this minor issue, pleasure to shop!
