A very beautiful, warm and enjoyable restaurant! The food is incredibly tasty, fresh and varied in terms of how they prepare chicken and beef. The portions are more than enough. I will visit to eat here whenever I am in Durban.
The owners are very hands on and super friendly. They really make you feel welcome and special when you are there and then serve you delicious food ????

We did the Sunday morning picnic breakfast. I love it.
The food was amazing.
The kids may not enjoy it, so I'd advise to go without them. They allowed enough time between courses. Floor seating was comfortable and spacious.
Other menu items are also great, it's my GO to spot atleast once a week

Food is excellent. Great staff. Customer service is excellent. The owners are very friendly and helpful..No regrets. Had the best Valentines day supper keep the excellent service up

Highly recommended for sure !!! Opted for a Falafel Platter ... delicious and tasty. Very reasonably priced at R50. So affordable ... excellent service too. We will definitely go back !!!! Beatrice Lombard

What a lovely experience at Sofra Istanbul Florida Road...from the time we entered to the time we left, we were really impressed with the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious and the drinks were refreshing. It's an awesome set up and a place you have to visit. Plenty of parking available on the side entrance, allocated to the restaurants near by should you not find parking on the main street. I loved the vibe at Sofra Istanbul.

Really great food served in comfy chairs on the top balcony. Good mix of veg and non veg. We enjoyed the veg meze platter and shared a baklava plate for dessert. R460 for 3 people. Good value for money.

If I could give them 6 stars I would!!! Our waiter Lelo was super attentive and an absolute delight! Food was amazing! Lamb was the hero of the mixed grill, but everything else was very close behind! Will definitely be back!
