This is the 3rd time buying wacky Wednesday from this branch and everytime I've been disappointed. Firstly you order beef they give you the wrong stuff then go back for them to change it. Then you get the correct stuff but it's ice cold. Some people don't mind waiting for food made while you wait but it seems that you prepare food in advance which is terrible. Won't be buying there again totally not satisfied

What a bad way to start a friday......gone to steers to order a quick bite for 2 people, 2 steers snack burger meals. After repeating my order 4 times to the person working and taking orders, only 1 steers snack burger meal were supplied. Maybe the people taking orders must listen carefully, pay attention to what customers are saying and ordering, because the person on shift now, either had a bad night or are just not in the mood for work or serving cliens. Wont stop at this steer any time soon in the future, I'll rather go somewhere else for a quick bite

After repeating my order 4 times to the person behind the counter only 1 steers burger meal were supplied and we only realised it after leaving steers as we did not check our order when we received it and we had to drive all the way back. Maybe the people taking orders must listen carefully, pay attention to what customers are saying and ordering, because the person on shift now, either had a bad night or are just not in the mood for work or serving cliens. Wont stop at this steers ever again I'll rather go somewhere else for a quick bite.

1st time was wrong order, my mom orded a chicken burger but got beef which she doesn't eat , 2nd time cold food, I'm positive it was an old cold uncollected order then finally 3rd strike, 5th October 2022, I'm an Indian "fasting" and orders a vegetarian burger, get home WALLA its blady beef. Wasn't gonna travel all the way back with our low SA fuel prices, sent customer care an email still awaiting a response. Just a reminder that it's the Steers on Umbilo Road Engen garage. Unacceptable really now

Called dis mrng to mke n order wen i arrived my order was not dne @ all, n yet it was a simple order ( sandwich u0026 rave burger). A person must waste der airtym, petrol u0026 tym.

Quite a very nice place, friendly and clean stafg members. I'd recommend it to any person who is hungry and needs some fresh time out.

Shift changeover. The 10 min waiting time escalated to 25min. Wasn't happy but the good was ok.
