The service was very bad, firstly they did not give me a tray I used the table only. Secondly I complained about chips as you can see them on the pics they are not fresh at all the manager by the name of Tariro mudari said its how they do them now. I immediately lost my appetite. I don't see my self going there ever!!!

I feel so dissapointed with the service from this restaurant in. Was order no191.... was given somethin different from what I ve ordered. Very bad , with very dry overcooked . The chicken it worse .... the date is 1st April 2002.

The service is very poor. Buying just a burger takes more than 40minutes to get it, whereas there was no queue.

People in the kitchen do not know what they are doing. Other orders are corrected after customers checked and complained.

That is why they delay. Its an embarrassing service.

Terrible customer service I just came back from now I had to wait for over and hour for my order, only to reliase when I got home that some of my food wasn't there yet the cashier assured me that its all inside the paper bag.

Horrible burger. It's literally like I just went there to buy seeded buns. Raw chicken patty, worse than I would have made on the microwave. The tomato and gherkin slice were almost invisible as well as the sauce. I felt like a money waster.

This is a nice clean place, the people who work there are friendly and helpful. The service was good as well, I have no complaints about the place. It's a yes for me
