Been looking for a bar like this in Durban, seems like a gem! They hosted a fun comedy night on Wednesday. Surprising crowd, cheap drinks and lots of laughs. Can’t comment on the live music yet but I’m sure it is great. My full recommendations for The Winston Pub. ????

Gritty live music venue with friendly atmosphere, cheap drinks, and stunning wall murals. Not for the Champaign and caviar crowd!

This is the place to go if you are alone or with a group. It doesn't matter who you are or what you are into there is no judgement here. It's a place where you can sit at a random table and make friends. It is also the #1 place to watch local music. It is the most crucial place in Durban that holds the music scene together and congregates the Durban alternative scene. The owners and staff are mad friendly and welcoming to all. Pull in!

Grime is an aesthetic here, but don't let that put you off. Underground Comedy every Wednesday is a weekly treat, and it's the only venue in Durban that still regularly showcases live music. The recent addition of their pizza oven gives us arguably some of the best pizza in Durban - much to everyone's surprise. They're open late and the pizza is always available, with a R75 pizza u0026 quart special that's basically unbeatable. Visit on a Wednesday from around 8:30PM.
