The service received at the vodacom store In windermere center from Siyanda and Fikile
Was of the highest standard and they helped me solve my issues with the network. I would recommend if you require any assistance these are the 2 best people to ask for.

Absolutely shocking customer service - completely against the customer - they've made their money and don't care. Even the Customer Care manager from Vodacom head office tried to step in to assist - do not go through an independently owned Vodacom.

Giving it 1 star because i cant give 0, After my number was ported and going through the hustle of getting it back, i didn't receive any help here. I was told to get an affidavit. Where was this when someone was illegally porting my number? useless!!

Not helpful at all in anyway. When you phone Vodacom who advises you to go to your nearest Vodacom shop for assistance - don't bother because they cannot help you anyway. You are stuck going back and forth - phoning, emailing, walk-ins, etc. Your nearest Vodacom shop Windermere cannot resolve your problem.
