Their bedrooms are not too clean and shower doors was not cleaned at all.

Service was not bad.

Amazing old design building and has a friendly dog on the premises that enjoys playing with everyone. The rooms are cozy and perfect for families and couples. The place is next to a shopping center for your barbarcue or braai days in the premises. There is an option for your own cooked meals as you are allowed to use their kitchen. The place is safe and there are several hanging spots that are reachable in minutes ????

no customer care. me and two of my collegues attending a conference next to teh guesthouse, had a horrible experience. according to the webpage they have wifi services, however i had no access to that for a whole 6 day stay. when i reported to them that teh wifi doesn't connect, they told me they do not know and they really seemed not to care at all, instead they told me their's is working well. i asked for some blankets as there were none in the room, teh host told me they will give them to me in the morning, so i had to spend a cold night covering myself with a comforter. teh next morning no one bothered to bring the blankets, infact for teh whole week until we left. there is no sense of customer service here to me and i suspect an attitude problem too. the beds were not neatly made up and the cleaning not to standard. and please buy new cutlery please please please, even in my grandmothers house i don't use what i used there, for eating.
