I placed an order online at 19h00 got there at 19:30 had to wait till 20h00 for my order and nobody apologies or try to explain to me for that matter. To make matters worse I arrived at home the full chicken is not even cut the special instructions none were followed.

I always enjoy a visit to Nandos because of the consistency of the brand. To find parking on Florida Road can be challenging, however, the Florida Road Nandos has parking at the back of the building which makes it absolutely convenient patrons. As usual, the staff are extreme friendly and humble. I ordered my usual quarter chicken with salad on the side which is affordably priced. They never disappoint with the taste, quality, freshness and wholesomeness. The crispness and freshness of the salad is on a high level of quality. Keep up the excellent work!

Poor service, ordered online with curbside pickup, there wasn't anyone there at the demarcated spot with the order. Service levels need to be improved as well as quality of meals.

We placed an order to the value of R579 to this store at about 15:50 today and paid immediately via credit card. It is now 18:25 and our food is still not here. Order status on the app claims delivered and nobody answers the phone at the store or we get put down. General customer care says they can't get hold of the store and can't help us!!! What a disgrace Nandos!

Was lovely. Top service. Fresh food. 3 of us consumed an entire chicken, wedges and 4 rolls. Superb service. Clean near place

I have always enjoyed this Nandos - and Nandos in general - every time I have come to the Florida rd branch, the cashier greets me with a friendly smile and is incredibly kind and helpful when I order. Today was no different, Nosihle was just lovely! Thanks Nandos, for the great service and food! Look forward to next time!
