The rooms were clean and big. However, the windows had gaps and the walls were quite thin, so you will hear everything that is going on out- or inside. This accomodation had the most powerful toilet flush of all of South Africa. If any toilet on the premises is flushed you will hear it or even woken up by it.

The breakfast was exceptionally good. You can select any item from their breakfast menu, including cappuccino, eggs Benedict with salmon, avocado toast etc.

Charming, comfortable hotel with just brilliant staff and incredible atmosphere. Breakfast in the solarium was delicious and again, I can't say enough about the staff. Without the people, hotels are just bricks and pillows, the staff here really goes out of their way to make you feel at home.

Very nice Hotel. The staff real friendly and the quality of the services provided are according to the Hotel rating. Definitely I will stay in the same place in my next visit to Durban.

The service we received from the staff and General manager was extremely excellent. The property was
clean even my baby cot and linen was spotless. I will defintely come back.

These guys were so good to me when I first booked there months before my wedding. I explained that I needed to get ready here and that my stylists and photographers would be coming through. When I walked into that room tired that night to get ready for my wedding a couple hours later. I had petals in a shape of a heart and such a great welcome. They were kind enough to extend my checkout if need be and I had the entire lounge area to myself to get ready. No fuss at all. It's a beautiful place to do wedding photography. The light is great and if you enjoy a vintage setting then this place is definitely for you. Thanks guys for all your help that day. Much appreciated!

Excellent location, comfy rooms and delicious breakfast!

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, would recommend staying here.
