Great location away from the Florida Road noise but close enough to walk.
Spacious rooms. It lacks decor so the room looks a bit sterile.
Nice smaller touches like a welcome note and chocolates.
Definitely great value for money

First time visiting this spa. Did the Matis facial however was not impressed. The lady I had was rushing through my facial. I did inform the manager on duty and she did advise the lady is apparently their best but I wasn't happy. Rooms are abit tight and kept on bumping into me as she kept on walking back and forth to the products. Highly unlikely to return. Sorry

Really good service, Ayanda did a great job of my nails, and along with that, McAllisters serves a complimentary drink while they do your pedi. I do recommend.

The rooms appear neat, clean. The room was well equipped and pretty.
Wallpaper peeling, items on the roof that kept banging through the night as the wind blew.

Visited the spa and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. You are greeted by friendly staff upon entry, that take exceptional care to details and making your trip one to remember. Their place is clean with a calming ambiance and beautiful aesthetics, definitely a pretty instagrammable space! If you are looking for a hidden gem that is well worth your money and time, you definitely have to check this spot out.

First of all they made me pay for a soak off that I didn’t receive, the owner of the place even tried to deceive me by saying having my acrylic nails filed was soak off????. Gave us such a runaround when we wanted a refund.

They have my partner paraffin wax thingy that he didn’t ask for (we assumed it was part of the package because we didn’t even know what it was), then they later charged us for it????????.

Owner of the place does not know customer service. Very rude on the phone. I would not recommend the place to anyone.
