Had the pleasure of visiting this store
on a few occasions. Ample parking. Store exceptionally neat and always fully stocked. Very well run store. Parking lot always clean. Store is always clean. Extremely friendly service from the staff in the store. Only found that the area to store trollies is a bit limited and the wheels on the trolley that I used needs to be oiled. Other than that, I had an amazing shopping experience.

I like the fact that you don't need to stress about parking space here. Their staff is friendly and helpful. No long queues.

While doing some shopping at this branch earlier in October , my fiance unknowingly misplaced my flashdrive which was attached to my car keys and broke of the keyring. One of the security guards found the flashdrive and presented it to the admin office of Woolies. I was then contacted by Ntombenhle telephonically but missed the call. The next day, just by chance, I happened to be in the same store doing some shopping and she recognised me on the security cameras and promply came up to me to let me know that the flashdrive had been located. Up until that point, I hadn't even realised it was missing. Ntombenhle had made the effort of checking the flashdrive to see if there was any info on the unit that may assist her to identify me, the owner. This is where she found both my contact details and, I'm guessing, some photos, which is how she was able to recognise me. I was visiting from Pretoria and the quick actions taken both by the security guard concerned and Ntomenhle ensured that I returned home with my flashdrive safely back in my possession. In the times that we live in, these kinds of selfless efforts are greatly appreciated and to be lauded. Thank you. I must also mention that both hubby and I had positive shopping experiences on both occassions. Overall compliments to management and staff (including the tellers).

Cramped inside, way too small, shelves feel ontop of you. Parking is too limited, that road is too busy and always obstructed with cars, making this a Woolies I avoid.

Woolies concentrated.
Wonderfully presented produce and products. They never fail to impress. I love the selection at the bakery only the meat is predominantly packed in for families (4 and more). I wish they would have smaller packs? It's possible I just didn't see them. Love this place.

The specials here are random and not at the end of the month... best cheese puffs for pie lovers.

Shocking attitude from manager on duty. Long queues and only 3 tellers working the tills.
Generally rude unfriendly staff doesn't match the prices and quality - may as well be shopping at any cheap retail stores with the treatment dished out to customers.

Does Woolworths train their staff on customer service......????

Since previous reviews looks like the service has deteriorated.....
