Went to Ackermans in Oxford Str and dealt with a gentleman David. Service was excellent. Cashier had a problem and immediately called David. Sorted in 2 min. Promised to phone me and in less than 2 hours I was sorted. WELL DONE. a store full of awesome helpful efficient staff.

Worst shopping experience ever,It's used by a lot of people to lay-by and getting the layby is a gruesome experience that involves long queues, unnessaccary long, Ackerman knows that they serve the low end market, people use it to buy for Xmas, they can make an effort to.make this experience less painful, we are customers, we deserve courtesy and proper treatment, there should be arrangements, extra staff and space

The Manager in Vincent is very rude..otherwise they got good stuffs with a nice prices for the kids
