The staff are really nice and accommodating but just so extremely culturally loud. The food prep was quick and what one expects from KFC but was a little oily. It still filled the hollow. The security guard was very pleasant, taking his duty seriously, he was firm but decent in his handling of the vagrants, which populate the perimeter of all these food outlets of an evening. For a quick bite? Yeah, it's all good. Definitely better than some just very loud. Especially the music, do not think for a moment you'll be able to listen to your own or watch a YT clip - even with headphones.

Always my go to fast food outlet as I work across the parking lot from them and their service has always been pleasant. Except for today, I spent 30min waiting for a streetwise 2 and dunked wings. I went to the cashier to enquire as I see that people were coming and going and I was still waiting, her response was that my order ayikaphumi. By the time I got it it was cold meaning that it had been sitting there for a while and nobody bothered about it. The lady who handed it over to me apologized profusely though. I'm really disappointed but I guess we all slip up sometimes.

I love the service here but I see later that it's becoming a popular choice for most people and it takes a bit longer to get your order but overall, the service is great.. Big Up Team

Incompetent. I ordered online for collection, checked in and still waited 30 mins as the order wasn't ready. Useless and planless. Only 1 woman working with collection of orders. Keep your meal.

One of the top serving KFC's I have been eating at. With high customer care and professional cashiers.
