Very rude recption tried to explain what happened but was handed a cad with a phone number on as they don't dealt with that. Well email after email they now want my bank statement which I'm reluctant to send as it has my account number on but I need to get a refund of payment in error even though they've had proof of payment

I was at Ampath for a pre-travel COVID test this morning. The process is organised, orderly and the staff attentive. I had very specific requests regarding the wording required on my test result paperwork and Lynette, with whom I dealt, was patient and understood the importance of getting everything right. I dealt with Michelle when I collected my result and she was very helpful with my requests for additional paperwork including signatures and stamps for international travel. Thank you all.

RUDE. CONDESCENDING. Called to enquire process of getting a COPY of MY results to be sent to my family Doctor. I was assisted by someone who seemed very impatient with me and stated that if I did not PAY for my set of results then I will not receive it. And if I want those same tests (as a record on MY medical file AT MY FAMILY Doctors office, then I should get them done and PAY FOR THEM MYSELF. This is where I then requested to speak with someone else which ended in me listening to the on hold music for a minute and having the phone put off in my ear. I had better assistance at the second attempt to find a way just to receive a copy of the results as medical record of tests they have done or are going to do on MY BODY SPECIMENS.

We were there 2 times, both times forget to send the results, the e-mail adress and the phone number were wrong 5 from 6 people…

I did my Covid 19 travel test with them yesterday and I really enjoyed the experience. The people there were so welcoming. A nurse called Renelle, (I feel like I just butchered her name ????), took her time to assist me. You guys deserve more than five stars. Yes I was that impressed!! ????

Stood there for 20min and was told someone would help me soon and then the people behind me in line were given help because I was forgotten. Terrible service

Nothing works at Ampath. The password system doesnt work. Cant access the document. I email them with no joy. I phone them and the message keeps on repeating. East London branch dont answer. They have billed the wrong independent. I will pay them 10 sent a month until they get there house in order.
