Came to emergency on 15.03.2022. Waited with my partner for over 4 hours after she sprained her ankle badly. I thought the wait was just because it was busy. 4 hours is still absolutely pathetic for a casualty. There where 2 women who where told to come into the hospital by their doctors. They came to the ER at 6am, by 17h30pm they had still not managed to find them a bed, they had to ask for food. Returned on 06.04.2022 for follow up consult. Hardly anyone is in the emergency room and we have waited 2 hours already. This hospital is worse than a government hospital and cannot believe the poor turn around time. Life St Doms is a disgrace. It appears that this hospital does not have effective management or direction.

Absolutely disgusted in the staff most especially the very unhappy ladies working the Sunday shift who assisted concerned families to visit their grandfather. who’s families have been admitted into icu, abusing their power position and treating family members like dogs. Most definitely should not be appointed to work with public. Zero compassion or humanity and showing off to their line of friends by treating people with no respect just plain rude and common. Sad to see that’s how you treat healthy family members how are you treating my sick grandfather in IC? People like this should rather work in a different job as working with human beings are way above your pay grade darling!! I would except that sort of behaviour and lack of compassion in a government hospital not a hospital where medical aid is paying your salary!! I pray I am never sick enough to go to this hospital.

Very slow service. After getting 2 bills it felt like a scam. One bill from the doc above the normal rates eventhough the hospital is supposed to be part of a network and then another huge bill for well just waiting 5 hours in their building? Feel free to explain.

I received great service from the start(admission) till the end(being discharged). The nurses showed care and the Doctors who were doing my operation did well.

The nurses in medical icu are very, very rude.
People are the for healing, meanwhile the nurse are mistreating the patients

Staff and doctors don't care only one sister there that I knew actually cared and helped the rest well they complained more about how tierd they are rather go to life beacon bay those sisters and doctors care this is one bill I will tell my medical aid not to pay sat from7h39 to 4am for what an injection and dr refused to call urologist so not cool

Worst hospital ever sat for two hours in emergency with a bowel obstruction having been bought in by an ambulance Staff are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor. I would rather go to a government hospital they have way better service.
