Food always good! You must try the pink gin and tonic on tap. Unfortunately only one glass available, but it was good.

When you walk in the front door you can smell the wood fire. Beautiful wooden floors and friendly staff make the restaurant feel homely and warm. The food is freshly made and delicious. We miss you guys terribly during the lockdown!

Nice quiet and family friendly place.
Atmosphere is fantastic.
Food selection is great.
Its a pizza drive restaurant.
Quantities may seem small, but are extremely filling.
My recommendation of pizza for this place "The Butcher"
All in all great place.
Definitely recommend to anyone

Oh my goodness! What a discovery. We went to look at the nursery, found some nice plants, but, the shop, the restaurant. We were visiting from Cape Town only 2 days, we went back both days. Food is delicious, service good and lots to see and buy. Great place.

Meals and service were good. They were out of stock of two pizza toppings early in the evening though (olives and fillet) which was very disappointing as it affected the choice of 3 people in our party of 4. Found it strange (particularly the olives) as they could have gone down to the local supermarket but didn't seem to bother.

What a lovely lunch we had. We arrived very late, but were happily greeted, u0026 seated outside in the warm sun. The pizzas we ordered were delicious, with plenty of toppings, and the efficient waitress, Olwethu, was friendly u0026 didn't even complain that we were the last patrons. We'll be back.

Country Bumpkin offers a unique experience in East London, where families can have an enjoyable outing, whilst their kids can play in a lovely garden. This alone makes it worth one's while to go there on a balmy day or summer night. The food is enjoyable and there are a nice variety of dishes on the menu. The service, however, is not always up to standard. One is often bound to wait for food, or being confronted with wrong orders. That being said, it is overall a good experience.
