Great vibe, great coaches and great WODs! We loved our visit to CrossFit East London and received a friendly welcome from all. The Crossfit coaches helped us tremendously with our technique and gave us a good sweat during our visit. Thanks again!

I dropped in at CFEL over the December holidays. Everyone was super friendly and the coaching was brilliant. Thanks CFEL for allowing me to join you guys. Will definitely do it again when I am in the area
