Ever since I started living in East London, this Debonairs takes the cake in delivering terrible service and food. Their pizzas are either dry, burnt or without enough fillings. Here is the evidence of their terrible service!!!

For a fast food takeaway place Debonairs serves a fair meal. Their pizza are well made and delicious. Staff are friendly and polite.

Bad service on multiple occasions, more so when it comes to deliveries. Once order is placed, it is a guessing game on whether or not they will deliver.

I am staying next to the other Debonairs but trust me I always come to beach front to have my Pizza, I don't wanna lie your staff do and exceptional job on their Pizzas. Abenzi ntlama bengenzi marostile but they do Pizza. Keep it up the good work Guys????????????

Ordered a large Margarita yesterday at 12.24. Waited 20mins and basically paid for a pizza with a few flakes of dried parsley on it. Tasted aweful... the worst from Debonairs..... ever. Won't be supporting Quigney Debonairs again. Service leaves much to be desired.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a pizza almost an hour ago through phone call and till now it still hasn't arrived so I tried calling but they weren't picking up the calls and now I don't know what to do cause they are closed now. Talk about poor service
