No smoking rooms. Room service food low quality and comes in styrofoam box. Breakfast is at hotel next door. Telephone in room did not work. TV channels limited. Aircon repeatedly tripped all plugs in the room.

We had to be in East London and found this a gem of place lovely views and lovely spacious rooms . Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant . Will def be back

I got my clothes stolen there and the security blamed it on me, where by my freinds father booked for us.

The regent side is peaceful and you are allowed to have freedom of enjoyment as you please.

Would have been great, except I had to ask for an extra blanket three times. Otherwise a great stay

Stayed for 6 nights without wifi ... my floor was noisy... no generator for the rooms...
