i love the health section, they have everything you need if your in the banting diet or keto diet. I love the brand caring candies that I discovered at dischem . if you looking for banting snacks this is the heaven on earth

Excellent service for second booster dose of COVID 19 vaccine. Team led by Sr Berry, Sr Tamryn, Pharmacy Assistants and rest of the staff. They phoned me twice to confirm my appointment and check when I couldn't keep my first appointment due to work. Accommodatede the next day. Please use their service. You will be looked after.

Went for vitality tests and I regret living it for this place until last day. The nurse was so unprofessional..even sent me to clicks and clearly told.me she is doing me a favour. She complained about working room and I agree its a mess not resonate with dischem brand..shame. two suggestions:
1. Send nurse for some customer service training...she is in the dark
2. Shift her working room and make it is a covid risk and in a busy passage

Dis-chem Hemmingways:
A rude unhelpful cashier at till no 3 today ( at 11:19 a.m ) who has forgotten that customers are the reason she has a job.
She did not greet me, did not really want to serve me and showed obvious irritation when I put items down on her counter after she had told me to go to counter 7, which I refused to do as there were too many customers blocking the aisle further down. She had nobody at her till at the time and no reason to refuse to ring up my purchases.
Not acceptable.

The hemmingway dischem has the worst delivery system in south Africa whether you order a day or a week ahead believe me you never know when you will get your meds. A when it finally arrives it's very late in the afternoon.
