Very nice view and open space. Waiters are friendly and quick service. Manager not very friendly. Asked if someone can assist in getting my phone charged, not eager to assist, too busy and not very good customer relation. Food were good, maybe a bit over priced tho. Restrooms were clean and neat. We waited a while to get the bill, waiters were all off the floor at one stage and manager still too busy to notice what's going on. Not going to visit again soon

I had the best cheddar, ham and tomato toasted sandwich and salad EVER????????
The waiter "Ty" I think was very friendly and since I'm not Xhosa he tried to accommodate my tswana language.. The best, keep up the good service and food❤️

They have a real dim-witted Wifi system now. Couldn't connect on two different servers. And I chose Mugg and Bean as I thought it would be the best place for lunch and being able to work.

Great desserts! Awesome! Do try the cheesecake and chocolate cake too! Great prices and great coffee too! Do go for this nice time to spend with your dearest ones!

I was vaping at the outside section and the owner came to me all heated and shouting, screaming at me that I shouldn't vape there but I had been vaping a week ago INSIDE the shop such rudeness that's not how you treat customers. I mean his approach was as if he was ready to fight me. Plus my drink took 20min to get to me whilst he was just sitting there
