I just bought the R149. 90 Good life sharing meal. The meal includes a coleslaw but nothing was packed for me. No sliced lemon. It actually ruined my entire evening... What a bummer

This has to be the worst snoek and chips I have ever had. The snoek was over cooked and dry and the chips were under done. I mean the snoek was still raw inside in some places but almost burnt on the outside. It seems this is the service you get when you walk in 20 minutes before they close as they know you can't come back. Then there was a lady opening and closing some poor souls meal more than 10 times and the driver who came to collect even complained. So disappointing.

If there was a zero star I would be rating it zero.

My meal was missing 2 coleslaws, no sauces, and the calamari strips were below par.

I’m a regular customer but this evening’s experience is a big no!

Bought your R149 shared meal that was suppose to have 2 hake inside, only when I got home that I realized that they put only 1 hake

I was here yesterday i had a great and fresh food the service was marvelous its good to to have them back

I see this is not the first incident of this nature... The woman cooking my grilled calamari u0026 hake had her entire mask under her chin!! (I took a photo)
This while she was shouting and laughing and chatting to her Co workers. (2 of them also having only their mouths covered and a third with her mask clinging for dear life to her bottom lip!)
Ms chin-mask boxed my food - mouth and nose still uncovered and then buggered up my order by adding chips instead of salad. The cashier noticed u0026 corrected her. So what does she do? She hauls the chips out - no clean box. My fish and calamari now drenched in chip oil!! (only discovered that she had not replaced the box when I got home). I'm so disgusted. I've never had bad service at fish aways before - but this service is NOT acceptable! The Steers workers working with these women ALL wore their masks correctly!

Rather disappointing. Multiple items on the menu could not be ordered (including chips) on a fish an chips menu. The order took excessively long to come considering there was only 2 of us waiting at the time.

Went to the next counter, to steers, and they too didn't have the first thing I tried ordered off the menu. - something seems "fishy".
