The beds need to be replaced,and a generator is needed so that guests remain comfortable even with loadshedding

We were happy with our stay. The Loerie room has clearly has a slight revamp, loved it. The location of the lodge is quiet easy to find and accessible to restaurants and easy to travel back from sight seeing and I er prices aren't ridiculous. Slight glitches here and there but definitely planning on coming back. The breakfast was delicious and that view of the river is just beautiful.

It's a beautiful place with awesome views, the rooms were ok everything was provided, breakfast was very standard.

Cosy room overlooking pool area. Clean shower. Full dstv channels.

Our stay at Forword's was interesting.
The room was small however offered all we required.
The caretaker was a lovely personable lady however feels a little lonely.
Our breakfast was very nice looking out over the pool.
We chose the accommodation purely due to location to the main road for easy access in and out on our road trip south.

It was nothing to write home about however was pleasant just the same and served our purpose.

Just had a wonderful nights stay at Forwords River Lodge. Valencia is a friendly and welcoming host and cooked an amazing, hearty breakfast - which we enjoyed with a stunning view of the river. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed - including microwave, small bar fridge, TV with DStv, good WiFi, a fan to keep cool and extra towels for the pool. Will recommend this Bu0026B to everyone - great quality for a great price!
