It's a nice but they could use a new look with their couches and cleaning their windows.
Besides that, it's a lovely place with friendly staff.

I booked a room for my parents to stay in after a long day of traveling. They said the owners were super friendly from when they arrived to when they left. Delicious breakfast in the morning. The room, linen and bedding was spotlessly clean. They will definitely stay here again the next time they pass through East London. Thank you so much.

The place was on point, staff is very lovely. Most annoying thing was the generator right under our window, went off from 3am till 6am.. That alone made us not to find peaceful sleep at all ????. We got up exhausted in the morning, even worst my partner had a 5am event to attend.
Please do something about that, otherwise we would love to visit again.

Negative: Cleanliness was an issue. Couch smelled like a dog was on there and we received towels with holes in and I requested 5 towels as we were 5 adults and everyday we received 3. cutlery was not cleaned, no bins in toilets and rooms had to walk to the kitchen all the time. only one bathroom had a mirror. no bathroom mats or floor towels..

Positive: The location is unusual. However the property is amazing. The staff are very accommodating given that they have a 21:00 closing time and that I had made my booking an hour after their cut off time.. Negative: No negative experiences had..

No hot water coming from the bathroom tap, but the host managed to arrange another bath for us to use. Overall has a nice rooms and reception.

I was not too sure about the place when I made my bookings because of the low prices. Surprise of my life when I got here. Beautiful place, with excellent luxurious rooms including the equipment. The 2 bedroom cottage I stayed in with my family is brilliant with everything you need inside. To top it off, the service from the old lady was magnificent. High five to her and her team. I am definitely returning to this place on my next stay over in East London.
