I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this Establishment I had made booking to stay here for 1 night when we arrived at the establishment the owner very rudely stated that we were not booked here even after we showed him the confirmation email as well as the receipt of full payment . The owner told us we are not allowed on his property and closed his doors. This is absolutely shocking and no way to treat your guests. We have been driving for 8.5 hours from Kwa-Zulu Natal and then upon arrival we treated with such disrespect. This has been a horrible experience and would not recommend this place at all.

Its clean , comfortable , quiet and safe .

The workers are very friendly and the rooms have a very big space and have everything one would wish for in a room.
