Firstly the place is next to a squatter camp. The parking is not secure, the gate is left open with no security.... I did not feel safe. Although the staff is very friendly and the rooms are cozy and comforty, they smell stuffy coz of the carpet and the bathrooms are dirty. The pictures definitely over sell the place as it is not well maintained and cared for.

Needs a lot of improvement for it to be near/close to what they have advertised. Fresh coat of paint. Change showers and the whole bathroom. Fix electricity and wifi. Improve security. Fix lighting in and out. Ensure plugs are in good working condition. Remove old stuff thats not working, like antique doors with 1908 door handles and ensure they can close properly.

It would be great if the place offered dinner and breakfast as well. The bathroom door could only be closed from inside the bathroom. A bar fridge could do to improve the place. The shower was not pointing down but rather to the wall

No value for money. Disliked it very much please remove them from your listing their place smells and is untidy apart from other things like walls doors etc etc

Pros: Very clean place. All night clubbing. Secure parkings.
Cons: It's too far from civilization, located near the East London Airport.

I had a wonderful stay, it's close to the airport so at night i would go out and watch the plans fly by

Venue needs and require TLC urgently however its s nice place to conduct and hokf workshops, meetings and family gatherings and events
