It was a hell experience from that lodge, wish I never booked there, the lady was very negative to us, everything we do, we must get permission from her, she even kicked us from the dining room to go and eat in our rooms or outside where it was windy and cold, for me the experience was totally bad. I will never book in that lodge again

Linen was clean- that's about it. This establishment is definitely not the norm of a 3star lodge and leaves a lot to be desired. Please don't expect much .

I was not impressed by the place but I think it was proportionate to its price.
During my booking I included breakfast and breakfast was appearing on my receipt, in the morning though I was told that there was no breakfast on my booking..
There was also some bad smell in the room that I was offered which needs some attention.

It was my second time booking there and the lady assisting with my reservation remembered my name and the conversation we had ????.
Very clean and neat . Staff is friendly

We booked sunnyridge for our weekend away for the 26th to the 28th of March 2021. When we arrived at the property, we were taken to a nearby house where we were to be accomodated. To our surprise, the property was not what we had booked on the booking.com site. The main attractions were not available, the pool etc. We immediately informed the host, Jonathan, who promised to get back to us in the morning. He never got back to us. The carpet was dirty and smelling. The rooms were not enough for the 9 people that we had made the booking for. The kitchen was not equipped with the necessary utensils. Overall we were very disappointed with the service

The room allocated needs a lot of refurbishment, maintenance and pool needs serious chemical clean.
Only saving grace was the hostesses

The worst place to stay or book. Unprofessional staff, not clean or looked after. The owner not involved. Unclean pool, can't swim in it.
