Order 2 x 2 pieces with porage. Paid and got 2 pieces with chips at drive throw. Give back and said i ask for porage. Fix my order but did not refund me my money that i paid more for the chips that i did not ask. KFC is fast to ask 2 rand donations but steal your money on the other side......

Me and my friends had ordered our meals online and when we got to the store we confirmed on the app that we are here for our order. We ended up waiting 2 hours for our meals cause that lady who deals with online orders expected us to come to her and say we have arrived for our orders, her logic was she can't prepare an order for someone she can physically see at the store. This was puzzling since it wasn't the first time we were using the apps and other kfc stores have never given us a problem. She never even Apologized for that.

Service was very poor. I had to wait for 30 minutes waiting in the parking lot after i had a problem with my car in the drive through. Zintle was the lady who was assisting me. She had a stinking attitude.

Always quick and efficient service. Meat is always well cooked, crispy and tasty. The wrap is to die for.

Wouldn't mind a Boxmaster on the house ????

Very salty chicken. I bought a 21 pieces bucket with a Regular Twister. The chicken was too salty with visible raw spice on top of all the pieces as though it were deeped in some salt after having been fried.
