Completely disgusting! Dirty linen and uncleaned room and even after speaking to the person responsible for our booking, nothing was done. Asked for the lock on my room to be fixed and instead I came back to an unlocked room. Don't book at The Image, they don't care about cleanliness or security.

The service was horrible. The lady at reception was hostile. There were knocks at our door at night around 1 am . 3 times. We didnt sleep. There was one towel. There were ants evrywhr. I wouldn recommend it for anyone

My room was just very neat, spacious and clean. The young gentleman who is at the reception welcomed me well and nicely (apparently he is the owner). But No signage out side, I almost got lost.

If you book a place for 450. You want hot water, parking, clean linen, DSTV and wifi. They got all of them. Rooms were clean, white linen very clean, Towels clean. parking space too big. they must improve on other little things like shower caps etc

Worst bnb ever. They made us sleep in a room that was not cleaned, sheets not changed with ants all over the place because of food left over by those before us. They are not available to assist their guests at night, so if you have an issue you will be forced to sleep with it. This is the worst bnb I have ever been to in my life and I am so disgusted.

Oh my word...if you are a woman and travelling alone. I wouldn't recommend you to stop here! The place is located in a not so safe environment and when we got there..there were too many males lottering around the property. We made an excuse that we going to draw money and left. We didn't feel safe at all. This place shouldnt be advertised as a holiday accommodation at all.

Worst place I have ever been in. Walked in and left 10min later. Room stinks, mould growth everywhere, no toilet seat, filthy walls, tiles falling off, door broken from a break in, very unsanitary and unsafe. Pure rubbish
