Went there 4 times in one week R10 000 later and the one dr did not even touch me or take my temp. The second dr gave me meds which gave me an allergic reaction and when I went back the next day they wanted to charge for for NOTHING!!!! This place is disgusting and a production line. The drs and nurses have no compassion or bed side manner what so ever but grab your money with never a diagnosis.

Worst service but they have absurd prices, you pay extra for everything including a pain injection excluding the fee you paid when entering for consultation. The nurses have no sense of urgency, I don't know but just the worst expirience ever

Worst reception personal, Vanessa who I spoke to was rude and she made it clear that it is a effort to assist. Sighing more than anything just wanting to get off the phone asap..... Get another job lady as that job requires compassion for people. Worst experience ever... I hope management sees to this and that this problem gets addressed

This place and service is terrible. They help you dont explain any thing or say this or that you get a email or call 2 weeks later o you have an account. But on medical aid very poor service

Very poor service at casualty.. The nurse just throws the file in your face without explaining whether we should leave or stay. We pay them for their services so they technically work for us. At medicross they work as though they are doing us a favour. They are only interested in collecting money and not helping patients.

If you get an appointment with a Dr you don't waste time sitting in the waiting area. Sometimes the receptionists are not nice especially on the phone, they can make you hold for more than 5 minutes (that's a lot time for me). By far very good doctors.

Soooo slow, staff totally oblivious to any urgency relating to patients.
Doctors dont respond back to patients as per promises...so disappointing.
