I absolutely love the quality of their meals. From their Beverages, snacks, sweet treats and their delicious food. Large variety to choose from plus the packaging is gorgeous. Definitely an excellent option to choose from when you are indecisive about 'What can we eat'.

Very bad service. We come inside and waiters ignor us. Eventually have to go and call a waitress. I dont know what manager there is, but non existant.
After waiting about an hour with no food or drinks arriving , we left.
This Mugg Bean must loose its franchise.
They tarnish the name of Mugg Bean

As always, the food was good but our service was not up to scratch. After ordering a bottle of wine, after about 10 minutes and no wine, I asked the waitress when the wine was coming and was told that she was wating for an ice bucket. This, plus a general tepid attitude from her didn't sit well with me.

Was excited to try my first baked cheesecake but I am disappointed to say that it was spoiled due the cheesecake tasting old and having a soggy bottom. I suggest making individual mini cheesecakes to avoid there having to be a paying costumer buying a slice of not-so-fresh cheesecake.

Horrific! This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Dirty and unkept. Lack of management in general. Waiters don’t give a rats behind about anything and we had to keep waving the down to get attention. Honestly a waste of time and a disgrace and shame to the brand and franchise.

Less busy then usual, unexplainably slow service. Waited 26 minutes to order from a waiter who couldn't be bothered to be at work today.
