Helpful staff that go the extra distance to help find stock and things even from other stores. Roomdesign.co.za appreciates the boardmans stuff and the friendly service. Would be lovely to have a bigger selection but since the staff are so willing it’s easy to get what you need. ThankYou

Terrible...long lines, no name brands like Jeep, Nike or Reebok. Poor quality shoes and no more linens/towels....The experience at Edgars these days is like shopping at an expensive "Pep stores".

Was nice to be back in Edgars after our branch closed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didnt find all I wanted ..... L Oreal going down with products..pity... in between season now... so difficult to find the sandals I wanted. But all in all.... no complaints.

One word: Deplorable. And even that is an understatement. Gone way past deplorable. Unfortunately nothing new for Edgars.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Please just do us all a favor and close your doors for good already, because your unwillingness to be in the retail and service industry is shining through. If I could give -5 stars I would.

I went with my wife to Edgar's and we were assisted by the most helpful, friendly staff member by the name of Pumla Joko. You have a gem of an employee!

At first when I entered the cellphone department there was no one. The friendly people from the sunglass hut said that the lady who works there went to fetch a cellphone for a customer. When I asked the Sunglass hut about specs for a cellphone they helped without hesitation. The moment I chose my cellphone I chose the one they said is better. Believe me it was really great to see and hear people who does not work for Edgars help you so much!
