It is a very Good mall. All major stores are available in the mall. It is the largest mall in the Garden Route area. It is very clean and new. It has many resturants, coffee shops. There are many large-size stores adjacent to the mall (seperate buildings). It has plenty of car parking (open space) and they are free. It is good to walk, do shopping and drink coffee and/or eat in this mall. The location is very good on N2 highway. Very secure.
By short, it is the best mall in the Garden Route area. The only missing thing in the mall is a childern playground.

Relocated from Somerset West, we always avoided the mall as it felt unsafe. This mall however is absolutely amazing, security is great, it's clean and well organized. Every shop is lovely, staff friendly and super helpful. Fresh breathe of air so too say ????

Parking is very safe there's car guards and also there is variety of shops.

What an awesome mall in this relatively small village! Has fabulous outdoor and camping shops, all the top chain stores including Pick n pay and Woollies, and some lively boutiques and swimwear shops! Also lovely, affordable basketware for sale by a friendly chap in the public space

The mall is a pleasant experience. BUT ... the toilets.
After having a knee injury and on crutches, I actually realized that the toilets, and even the disability toilet is really not efficient. The regular toilets are too low to sit down comfortably when on crutches and with a knee injury. So the next time I've tried the disability toilets which is to my surprise the same lower height than the other toilets. It was a matter of ungracefully "falling down" on the toilet seat and afterwards using the bars to try and get up: not an easy task at all.
I don't know if the toilet is the correct height for a wheel chair bound person, but in my opinion the lower height definitely has too many challenges for a person with crutches or the elderly with a walking stick. Not sure if it is really disability friendly.
Option: put another toilet in the disability toilets, one lower and one the standard higher one.

Very clean and very well maintained. Only issue, they could use some information boards at the entrances of the store locations. Most malls I've been to are using them, and it makes life much easier.

Huge mall. Free parking outside. Everything is inside. Not all pedestrian way are covered. Very clean and free toilet. Someone watches and cleans all the time. I recommend. Woolworths is not the best one here. But it's ok. You can find everything you need.
