We had the opportunity to meet and experience excellent service from PnP Garden Route today. After starting the day with unfriendly and unhelpful people at another shop, we walked into PnP and was helped by a man named Granville, what a lovely experience!!! Thank you so much Granville and PnP Garden Route!!!!! You made our day!

Good quality and very neat Pick 'n Pay. The only drawback is the ciabatta, although nice looking, it's normal bread dough at an exorbitant price. Google a recipe if you don't have one

This is awell stocked store with the best quality products available. Also very accessible from the N 2.

Staff was literally sleeping I thought cashier was looking at counter but was shocked when I called for her and she shook herself awake. Isles are not marked right.walked out again.Pet food in laundry isle.Prices missing on most dog food bags

What a terrible experience. Today I was helped by a Cashier who was not very interested, but she did her job. I paid and was waiting for a bag to pack my items. The Packer was standing over the bags chatting on his phone and was not interested in working at all. The Manager of this store should be ashamed at the way these staff conducted themselves. I will not be revisiting this store ever again.
