I was disappointed by the treatment probably its the owner. He is kind of racist shouting at us with Afrikaans. Surely if a guest is wrong you speak and not shout..

Honestly if it was not the company paying for the accommodation I would have vacated in a few minutes..
This was worst customer relations in my whole life time with guest houses

Ibis Place was not quite what we expected for R1000 per night for 2 people with 2 dogs. Though the room was clean, it was old and in dire need for an upgrade. Proper shower doors will work better and the kitchenette is really tiny with very little work space.

There was an enclosed little garden for our dogs which was great and the dogs enjoyed the freedom after a long travel.

Really a lovely place to stay, needs some maintenance. The hosts are really fantastic people. Would definitely go back there

The facilities were quite pleasant. But the experience was terrible. The hosts were overbearing and invasive. Definitely not a friendly space to people of colour. Hosts were openly racist and frequently intruded on privacy frequently, even entering the premises at night, compromising on safety. Definitely worth rethinking your stay here, especially if you are a non-white person.

Extremely lovely owners of a lovely holiday place! Self catering accommodation with lovely bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen/lounge. A stunning view of the mountains and neighbouring farms. Pet friendly which is a must if you have a four legged child in the family.

Really lovely place. Clean, with friendly owners always ready to chat. Situated on a farm, it has its uniquely lovely aura and feel to it. Great pool, rowing in the lake, lovely grounds, more than enough braai facilities and seating. Communal kitchen with ample seating lends itself to community, yet privacy as well. Lovely breakfast served. Ample shade areas, and great to wander around the property. Rooms are spacious, with medium fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, Dstv, wifi. Great place to be. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice place to go, rooms are clean and comfortable, swimming pool and nice places to explore, everyone shares the kitchen, well recommended
