This would be a ZERO star rating
Food quality is so poor that it's a joke . The chicken is bleak and no taste . Went there multiple times just to be disappointment EVERY time with the food .
Machine cooldrink is also a joke.

Please drive a bit further to the other kfc for better quality.

Never ever go and buy food from the one in York street . You will be disappointed .

I'm really sick and Tired of KFC not doing anything about the absolute poor service. This is becoming a norm of no Service delivery at all.

The staff talk back with the client they give attitude. Every time we wait more than 30 for food they don't inform us about waiting time. And every single time any of me and my family has laid an complain, nothing came from it

I ordered a 15piece which was disappointing but I'm happy to say kfc manager phoned me and rectified the problem and resolved the issue. Appreciate the Great customer service I will definitely go back to kfc York in future.

It does tend to tak quit a time to go through the drive through... we also had cold food because of the wait.... the sadness is you are ... but a number for them

Would’ve given it 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever. This was a joke.
My last kfc ever

Their attitude was terrible
They didn’t want to give us salt or sauce for our nuggets and pops
Their Colonel burger does not even share a single similarity to their commercials

Definitely my last kfc, eat here if you want to have a terrible time

The coleslaw was dry without any mayonnaise. The chips was cold dry. A family treat with 5 chicken wings very small. Love kfc but we are a little disappointed ????
