I went to this branch to buy a top for my wife on the Saturday 23/10/2021 and we took it back the next day, Sunday 24/10/2021 as it was to small and we could not find anything else that was to her liking so the friendly staff refunded the money back into my bank account as i paid with my bank card.
It is now 26/10/2021 and still no sign of my money.
I went to the store to check with them and they want the transaction receipt from the pay point, i do not have it as my wife cleared her handbag and threw away all slips and paper in her purse.
No we dont have either the money or any piece of clothing.
So we, the customer lost the money, which was paid to Mr Price and never received back into my account.
Just wondering how many people get done in by this and how much money they actually make out of this kind of business.
