Very poor service. Staff talk to you as they like. The food had plastic object between food. After i ordered and pay ,at the collection they gave me 3 x salads that was suppose to be mash and gravey. The lady at the collection telling their dont have gravey.Dont ever buy anything at this sloppy, dirty place. Service is bad bad. Food is bad bad

Disappointed last night, we ordered online to avoid the long wait and still waited.for 1:40mins after we arrived there. We ordered family treat 10pieces and got 9pieces. The chips was so small that only 2family members could eat of them. The container it was in was so empty. The staff however are very friendly ,over worked.

Chips was as cold as something coming out of the fridge. Chicken was luke warm and oily. Not my first such experience, not only at the one KFC. I used tge drive through and was late for meeting someone and couldn't turn back, otherwise I would have. Loved KFC...But the love of it is starting to disappear... ???? Even the photo shows the chips not looking fresh...

Waited almost an hour in drive thru and when i got my food it was cold, you could see and feel it has been made hours before

What can one say about KFC that hasn't been regurgitated over and over. As long as a KFC is 3 star average then you can atleast be sure that you are gonna enjoy you meal. I feel they lose stars due to their location, which can be congested at times.

Always a good choice,nothing like a piece of KFC,and there coleslaw Mmmmm man it's good.But be prepared,they can get pretty busy.

Received worst service, but staff by the name Jason managed to get everything under control by going an extra mile with resolving the issue, very dedicated to his job and helpful. Hoping to get the same service at all times.
