I had the most horrendous experience from Steers Courtney Street , George... My order number was #71563669...Mix it up sharing combo...
3 of the burgers had bitter after taste...
We called the branch and the manager didn't care what the customer was trying to explain and this is totally unacceptable for food franchise management.
The wow factor was when they asked us to take the burgers out of the bin to come show them...the question is or are will they go in the bin and taste that burgers them self...
It was never about a refund or voucher it was about customer services and THEY LACK BIG TIME....

I have been a customer of Steers for many years, but never experienced such filthy, unhygienic and most disgusting conditions. ( my review was noted, and would have been investigated, but to date, not even an apology!!! )

No service, food mediocre, they even run to my car to stop me coz they forget to give me part of my order, and the place was quite.
Delivery guys playing on the cellphone listening to music in front of the guests, no management on sight.
Won't be back

I love the milkshakes and I can't get over the dipper ice-cream. Friendly staff qnd good service.

Seems like food ordered for delivery is hurried cooked and undone. Chips looked like it was left overs. Tasted like paper. Hard earned money wasted.

Forgot my order . Served 4 walk ins while I waited . Only get 2 stars because food was still good

Good food. Friendly service when it's quiet. During peak hours becomes a bit chaotic.
