I purchased two pairs of OBR jeans beginning of May. One pair maintained it's shape and fit after 3 washes, the other not. I visited your George Meade street branch, where I purchased them and the staff were very helpful and exchanged the jeans for another pair. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

They were willing to help me find clothing at other branches. They recently became my favorite Shop for buying clothing in-store and online. They assisted me very well.

Service in this store is pathetic. Second time ordering items from staff, which is damaged in the store on their shelf, but when the product "arrive" it is the same damaged product which they attempt to sell me.
